Scottish Land and Estates in partnership with Cardross Estate invites members to join us for a Walk & Talk hosted by Alastair Orr Ewing, with guests Simon Fisher from Further.Space and our Policy Adviser (Access and Visitor Management) Simon Ovenden.

This informal Walk and Talk will allow you to hear directly from Alastair about the succession, diversification and process of change the estate is undertaking alongside the partnership they have formed with Further Space. Cardross is refurbishing properties into self-catering accommodation, adapting to be a multi-purpose venue and has seized a partnership opportunity to facilitate glamping on the site. Simon Ovenden will provide an update on short term lets and the practical implications the licensing is having. You will have the chance to see some of the changes made on the estate to support the diversification as well as an opportunity to see inside a Further Space pod.

This event is free of charge to SLE Members, but booking is essential through the SLE website. Please make sure you are logged in before booking to ensure that you aren't charged non-member rates.
