It is a packed agenda  - you will visit the Anaerobic Digester at Brae of Pert, The communal biomass heating system at Huntlyhill, the wind turbine and satellite digestate store at Stracathro Hill and also visit the potential site for solar array and silage fields at East Ballochy. Stracathro have shown their unstinting commitment to reducing their carbon footprint wherever possible by improved farming methods, by reduction of the use of fossil fuels and for offsetting by embracing renewable energy. They should be applauded for doing so. They embrace their environmental responsibility as much as they do the commercial production side of the business and it really is very impressive indeed.

We hope you are able to come along and learn more about how estate is meeting today's challenges and opportunities.
