You are cordially invited to attend this year’s South East regional reception, held at Bowhill House, Selkirk, by kind permission of his Grace, the Duke of Buccleuch at 2pm on Tuesday 29 October 2019.
The theme is Natural Capital and we are delighted to announce we will be joined by Scottish Woodlands, the Scottish Wildlife Trust, the Tweed Forum and SLE’s Eleanor Kay, who will provide insight into how the rural sector can embrace and utilise natural capital.
The regional reception is an opportunity to update you on the extensive work that has been carried out internally and externally within the organisation. This includes our recent publication ‘Route2050 A direction of travel for Scottish land management to 2050’, which explores what the priorities should be for land management in Scotland.
The reception provides an excellent networking opportunity and to meet with SLE staff, your Regional Chairman, Trevor Jackson, South East Regional Support Officer, Clare Sturla, and SLE Board members.
