William acts on behalf of both institutional and private clients and his work has an emphasis on the strategic management of Scottish estates.  He consults on agricultural and residential property management, landlord and tenant negotiations, acquisition and granting of rights over land.  He very much enjoys building relationships with his clients, developing an understanding of their business aims, and working closely with them to meet their objectives.
