Join us for an informal members roundtable event on Wednesday 12 May at 11am chaired by Sir David Hope-Dunbar, Regional Chairman for Dumfries & Galloway and himself a major housing landlord within the Stewartry on this major topic for the Private Rented Sector. 

With the Government announcements this week on their plans to speed their commitment to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 78% by 2035 there will be changes ahead for the housing sector seeing an end to heating homes with gas and oil boilers within the next 14 years and reducing the amount of energy wasted in heating. 

This event is the ideal opening for members to come together with Team Leaders within Dumfries & Galloway Councils Private Sector, Professional members from Savills, GM Thomson and Scottish Land and Estates Policy Team to discuss current and future challenges for the private rented sector within Dumfries & Galloway.
