Asulox Ban in force after 31 December 2011

If you have any plans to control bracken using asulam in any product, during 2012, then before the end of 31 December 2011, you must either have:
  • purchased your own stocks, or
  • made an agreement with a contractor to control your bracken for you.
From 1 January 2012, it will be illegal to sell, transfer or promote asulam.

A use-up period for stocks of Asulam will end on 31 December 2012. After this date, it will be illegal to store asulam.  You must either use or destroy all stocks.
