Energy Performance Certificate Fee Consultation

The Scottish Government has launched a consultation seeking views on the introduction of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) lodgement transaction fee for non-domestic buildings upon creation of a database and the introduction of a transaction fee for the lodgement of EPCs for dwellings on the Home Energy Efficiency Database (HEED).
