Scottish Limited Partnerships and Scottish Qualifying Partnerships

To prevent money laundering, certain Partnerships are now legally required to file certain information with Companies House.  The provisions are relevant to any limited partnership which is registered in Scotland, including limited partnerships which have been set up for the purposes of an agricultural lease being granted to the partnership; or a Scottish qualifying  partnership of which the partners are, directly or indirectly, all limited companies.  If you have one of these partnership types or you have previously ended one, you must contact Companies House to check the information they hold on you is correct and up to date.  You can contact Companies House by email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
