Cabinet Secretary highlights our collaborative efforts at Biodiversity event

Scottish Land & Estates presented at this week’s Natural Capital and Biodiversity event in Edinburgh, highlighting our thoughts on future rural support and how it might be shaped to deliver for both food, farming and the environment.  Roseanna Cunningham MSP gave the keynote speech at the event.

Ms Cunningham highlighted the need for co-operation and collaboration in the countryside if we are to deliver on multiple fronts in future.  In this regards she highlighted Scottish Land & Estates collaborative efforts, along with other organisations, to find a workable solution over beaver reintroduction and in taking forward the testing of the Natural Capital Protocol which was launched last summer.
