Landowners welcome rise in Scotland’s golden eagle population

The fourth national survey has found a 15% rise in breeding pairs to 508 which is ‘favourable conservation status’ for golden eagles in the UK.  Scottish Land & Estates members are heavily involved in conservation efforts, including the development of the South of Scotland Golden Eagle Project.
