Proposal to permit tail docking of working Spaniels and Hunt Point Retrievers

Scottish Land & Estates has responded to the Scottish Government consultation on the proposal to permit tail docking of working spaniels and hunt point retrievers [link here].  On the basis of evidence presented we have supported calls for a change in the current law to permit tail docking in certain circumstances.
