Feed-in Tariff Review Report

DECC has published a report on the review of the Feed-in Tariff scheme. After lobbying on this matter, we are delighted that pre-accreditation will be reintroduced from 8February 2016 for solar PV and wind generators over 50kW and all hydro and anaerobic digestion generators, giving developers some certainty of the funding they will receive. As expected generation tariff cuts and deployment rate caps have had to be introduced the deal with the over allocation of subsidies to date and to allow the scheme to continue until its intended close in 2019.
