Environmental LINK debate land use & reform

A panel of five MSPs were invited by Scottish Environment LINK to discuss land use and land reform  on Tuesday evening in Edinburgh.  Scottish Land & Estates also attended the interesting and thought provoking event.

Views that the land reform debate should sit in the wider context of what as a society we want to achieve from our land came across quite strongly from some quarters (including ourselves).  Certainly that there should be a link between the two agendas was a message that all the MSPs present, including Alex Fergusson, Claudia Beamish and Graeme Dey who sit on the RACCE Committee, took away with them.
