Tenant Farming Bulletin Issued

The first progress bulletin has been issued by the new Scottish Government Independent Adviser on Tenant Farming, Andrew Thin.

The main focus during the first few weeks has been on developing a prioritised work programme through to the end of the year, and in particular on making immediate progress with development of guidance in relation to Limited Partnerships as recommended by the AHLRG.  Meetings have also been held with leading professional advisers who act for landlords and tenants, recognising that their support will be essential in ensuring implementation of the guidance once it has been issued.
