The Planning (Listed Building Consent and Conservation Area Consent Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2015 comes into force on 1st October 2015. These regulations revoke and replace the 1987 regulations. The regulations set out the procedures to be followed in relation to applications regarding listed buildings or building within conservations areas.
The regulations include:
- Information required when submitting an application
- Requirement for planning authorities to consult Historic Environment Scotland requirement for planning authorities to advertise applications
