Local Taxation Views Sought

The Scottish Government and COSLA  Commission on Local Tax Reform has launched an online survey seeking the views of interested individuals on how local government should be funded in the future.  Members are encouraged to feed in their views.

The Commission has also issued a call for written evidence from any interested individuals, groups or organisations who wish to provide their views on how local government services should be funded. The closing date for making a written submission to the Commissions is Monday 22 June 2015 and Scottish Land & Estates will be submitting evidence.

Members can also access the Commission's website to provide them with views on how local government services should be funded in the future.
