New consultation - Good Practice Principles For Shared Ownership Of Onshore Renewable Energy Developments

The Scottish Government has launched a consultation seeking views on a new document which, once finalised, will sit as an annex to the existing “Good Practice Principles for Community Benefits from Onshore Renewable Energy Developments”. This document is intended to set out good practice expectations for developers, communities and other stakeholders, as well as providing guidance on how best to deliver shared ownership projects.

Any members who are able to feed into the Scottish Land & Estates submission should contact Head Office as soon as possible.

The deadline for submitting a response is 9 June 2015.  A link to the consultation can be found here...
