2014 SEPA Irrigation Data Returns – Action Needed

If you have an abstraction licence you must return your daily abstraction data for each location to SEPA by 31 December each year, even if no abstraction of water has taken place. The exception to this is if you have applied to SEPA for a temporary cessation of charges for 2014 in which case a return is not required. Returns can be made online by visiting www.sepa.org.uk/water/water_regulation/data_returns.aspx or contact your local SEPA office for a paper form.
