The Scottish Government is embarking on another round of survey work exploring agricultural tenancies. This work is part of the current review of agricultural holdings legislation and follows on from recent surveys of tenants, landlords and owner-occupiers.
This next phase of the research involves a telephone survey of a sample of tenants and a paper survey of a sample of landlords.
The tenants telephone survey is planned to start on Monday 21st July and with the landlords survey being sent soon after.
This research is extremely important and will help the Agricultural Holdings Review Group and so Scottish Land & Estates encourages anyone that is approached to take part and respond if at all possible.
