Attadale Gardens Launch event

alt

Highland Committee recently agreed to enter into a two year partnership with the national charity Action for Children with the joint aim of giving support to our Next Generation and encouraging members in the North of Scotland to help raise funds.  Discussions with the charity began a year ago and Highland Committee Chairman Gordon Robertson said he was delighted the Highland Committee decided to help Action for Children who support the Highlands most vulnerable and neglected children.  Highland Committee member Joanna Macpherson of Attadale in Wester Ross arranged to launch the partnership on Sunday 11 May with a very special pre-season opening tour and lunch in the beautiful Attadale Gardens. Owner Nicky Macpherson and head gardener Geoff Stephenson headed the tour together with members of the Macpherson family.  Over 40 Scottish Land & Estate members attended and raised £1440.00. Well done everyone.
