Scottish Government - RPID Customer Satisfaction Phone and Online Survey

The Scottish Government’s Rural Payments and Inspections Division (RPID), in partnership with Scottish Natural Heritage and Forestry Commission Scotland, is updating its online services.

To help shape this new service, the Scottish Government is actively seeking your feedback on the current service through a customer survey.

If you are contacted via telephone by IPSOS Mori, who have been asked to carry this out on their behalf, please take a few minutes to give your input and help improve their service to you. There is also an option to complete the survey online if preferred. Your contributions will be greatly appreciated.

RPID is also organising a series of discussion groups around the country to gather feedback from farmers and other rural businesses to help inform the new service. Why not get involved and take part in one? This will allow you to give your views on the current services and share your ideas on how they can improve their services for the future.

For more information or to get involved, please contact the RPID customer engagement team: 0131 244 9529 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
