Land Reform Submissions

The LRRG has published responses to its Call for Evidence, which was launched on 4th October 2012 and closed on 18th January 2013.

The submissions can be accessed HERE. For technical reasons the submissions are published on the Scottish Government's website on the Consultations page. 306 submissions have been published. No name is given against 54 submissions in the index as the authors wished to remain anonymous. Submissions have been redacted to remove certain data, such as names and addresses of authors where this was requested, contact details of authors, and certain third party data. This is a common procedure in such public consultations.

The other 178 submissions have not been published because either the authors requested that their submissions be treated as confidential, or no Respondent Information Form was received with the submissions authorising publication.
