Terms & Conditions
The Label and Notice of Authorisation will not be available until the Emergency Authorisation comes into effect on 20 May. To provide information ahead of this date, the Chemicals Regulation Directorate has kindly agreed to the publication of a briefing that sets out the key terms and conditions that will be attached to the authorisation.
The terms and conditions will not be the same as those associated with the use of asulam products previously and anyone intending to apply asulam in 2013 is advised to study the details carefully.
Availability of asulam in 2013
Anyone who is considering applying asulam to control bracken in 2013 is advised to contact their distributor or an aerial or ground based contractor as soon as possible.

20 May Start of the Emergency Authorisation period of 120 days
Storage, promotion, sales, and transfer authorised
1 July Application of asulam products can commence
18 September End of the EA period -promotion, sales & transfer must cease.
Application can continue
31 October End of the use up period
It will become illegal to store asulam products after this date.
