Controlled Activities Regulations - Temporary cessation reminder

When planning for the growing season ahead, you may already be intending not to abstract water for irrigation in the forth coming year. If this is the case, please remember that you can apply for an exemption from irrigation licence charges, in advance of the growing season. If this is the case, please notify SEPA, via your local office, before the end of February by completing and returning the notification form which can be found within the ‘related items’ box at the following link:- http://www.sepa.org.uk/water/water_regulation/data_returns.aspx

If members have any questions they should contact their local SEPA office.
