Carse of Stirling Project

The Carse of Stirling Project, led by SNH and SEPA, is now underway.  The project is intended to help demonstrate the value and benefits of taking a holistic approach to land use planning.

A Stakeholder Panel of 36 local people has been set up, representing farmers, landowners, communities and interest groups. The Panel met for the first time on 8th November, and a note of the meeting is attached.

Further information, including presentations from the meeting, is posted on the Stirling Council website.

If you would like to receive further information directly, please contact Regional Manager Scott Petrie in the first instance, who will forward your email contact details to STAR Development Group, who are co-ordinating the project.
