£1.1M boost for Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park visitors

Richard Lochhead, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and Environment today (26 July) visited Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park to hear how an additional capital spend of £1.1M will be invested in key projects to improve the visitor experience in the National Park. The funding will be used to develop sites and facilities in the 5 Lochs area of the Park (Lochs Lubnaig, Earn, Venachar, Voil and Achray) including camping, car parking and toilet provision. Improvements and maintenance will be made along the West Highland Way and signage and interpretation will also be enhanced throughout the Park.
