Tenant Farming Forum Rent Review Group Calls for Views

Members may be aware that a Rent Review Working Group (RRWG) has been established by The Tenant Farming Forum (TFF) to examine the procedures for rent reviews in  agricultural leases. This follows the appeal court judgement in the Moonzie Farm case.

Following the RRWG's first meeting held on 24 July, the group is looking to gather views.

Scottish Land & Estates has submitted an initial position paper, which broadly supports the present methodology as laid out in the Moonzie Farm decision, to the RRWG,  but members are strongly encouraged to submit their views direct to the RRWG.

Further details on the questions being asked by RRWG and how to submit views can be found on the TFF website.
