Mystery buyer snaps up mansion

A prestigious Aberdeenshire mansion which went on sale earlier this year has been sold for more than £1million.

Dunecht House has lain empty for more than a decade, but could now by filled with a family’s laughter once again after being snapped up by a mysterious buyer.

The A-listed mansion, near Westhill, was put on the market by local landowner Charles Pearson in May.
