Tenant Farming Forum

The TFF met on 25 June. The s 13 (rent review) working group has been established to consider whether s 13 is fit for purpose and, if not, what recommendations should be made for amendment. This working group will shortly commence its evidence gathering process. Scottish Land & Estates will be submitting evidence and a sub group has been established under Andrew Howard for this purpose. Members are encouraged to make their views known to this subgroup via This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Other issues discussed by TFF included diversification, repairs and renewals to fixed equipment and the Scottish Government's Consultation on the Land and Buildings Tax which will replace Stamp Duty Land Tax in 2105.
