Set amongst the beautiful scenery of Royal Deeside, this event sponsored by Bell Ingram, will look at Customer Care within the tourism sector, providing useful information on what additional and unique services may be apt for you to offer enhancing your clients’ experience, thus ensuring repeat visits and word of mouth referrals.

Victoria Brooks of The Scottish Country Sports Tourism Group will discuss their popular "Excellence in Country Sports Customer Care" course currently being run across Scotland for keepers, stalkers and ghillies and the benefits of working with the SCSTG. Charlotte Gilfillan of Bell Ingram will give a presentation about their Sporting Lets service and how a web-based approach and partnerships with other service providers are enhancing their visitor experience. Andrew Bradford of Kincardine Estate will outline how they approach customer care and why it works for them, with a look at their new fishing hut, ready for the 2012 season. Susan Reid of Estate Life will offer ideas on how to make the overall customer experience the vital lynchpin in rendering the client visit unforgettable, ensuring return bookings and word of mouth referrals.
