Deadlines for Restoration Fund Applications

-SEPA’s restoration fund has £1million to allocate to projects across Scotland each year.  The fund is open to a broad range of groups, including landowners and fishery trusts, who want to undertake work to improve their water environment.  Projects can be as simple as promoting native bank side vegetation, or as complex as catchment scale works to remove hard engineering whilst incorporating natural flood management.  For projects seeking more than £10,000, the next funding round deadline for 2013 is 30th April 2012.  Projects seeking less than £10,000 can apply at any time.
