Guidance on Householder Permitted Development Rights

 The Scottish Government has published new guidance on householder permitted development rights following consultation in 2011 which looked to relax the need for a planning permission for instances of small alterations and extensions.

The purpose of the guidance is to explain the permitted development rights available to householders and therefore what can be built without submitting a planning application.
